Everyone knows the Santa Monica, California Public Library monitors and blocks traffic based on their own whims. I knew that when I went to download the latest beta of Solaris Next and saw my bandwidth immediately drop by 75%. I didn’t need a test tool to tell me that. But it is nice to have confirmation. This tool actually appears to work.
