This policy is between us – us being Twitter – and – oh yea – you – the twit.

Now being as we are the Twitter and you be the twit that means that we get to do things to you.

Everyday at precisely 12:23:34 we will select one user at random to receive the Atomic wedgie of the day.

If you should happen to be selected then our limousine will drive a selected henchman to your door to deliver said wedgie.  If it is determined that you are using a cell phone, iPad or some other mobile type device then you have already granted us permission to use whatever means are available and/or at our disposal to stop the device from moving so that said wedgie can be delivered unto your posterior.

You give us the right to do what we will with your tweets.  Twits like you don’t usually know what you’re talking ’bout anyways so no loss.  The only loss is of course to our reputation for allowing you to use our service without actually paying for it.  Except for those of you who have more than 2 millions losers followers following you and you use Twitter like a billboard to hawk whatever.  User @Really_Biggest_Loser_Evah sells ceramic toe nail clippings.  User @Im_an_even_bigger_losah is known to sell her used beer bottles.  Warts and all.

Your privacy is something that we can’t abuse enough here at the Twitter.  We collate your data, we read your data, we edit and then retweet you data, and in some cases we actually sell your data to dictators of third world countries just so they can amuse themselves and use the collected wisdom on their own people.  So you see.  Your tweets really do have value here at the Twitter.

The biggest surprise you’ll get is that knowing that if you have read this sentence then you have already agreed to be legally bound to this contract.  We have your IP Address and the time you came to this site.  And using that information we can get your last report card and figure out how slow you read.  Then we just time your departure and voila.  Your butt is in a sling.
